Z Adjustable Probe Mount for the Ender3v2 - 3DTouchBLTouch
thingiverse
Update 6th June 2022 - Note: The Probe offset is very large and may not work very well. I will look at modifying this later, but at the moment I have changed my probe offset to -42 instead of -50. My glass bed is pretty much flat so it is not a big issue for me that I am 8mm off the nozzle and I am only doing a 3x3 probe on my bed. I have modified the original design after extensive testing of my 3D Touch probe. To get the probe to within the correct specification of Range < 0.02 and Standard Deviation of < 0.01 I have had to adjust the Z angle of my probe by around 3 degrees from vertical (90 degrees). Having hacked away at the original design, I have modified it to allow for Z adjustment so that the probe will drop the pin at the correct angle and increase the Range and Standard Deviation. Also I have increase the size of the hole for the grub screw. The new design is adjustable, but you will need to do multiple test using the M48 v4 command to get your own optimum settings.
