Z-Adjust
thingiverse
I have a Raise 3D Pro2. This printer has always frustrated me trying to adjust and maintain the Z home location. The screw that is meant to establish the height readjusts itself between prints due to vibration and the loose fit of the factory-installed screw. Additionally, anytime I change build plates or want to tune for a different filament type there was always too much trial and error guesswork involved. I printed a mounting bracket so I could use an old dial indicator to show my Z height. I maintain a log of the indicator reads for different print situations. This works quite well for me and I hope someone else finds it useful. The holes are sized for 1/4-28 threads. For the mount, I used a set-screw.
