Z-Adjust Sheet

Z-Adjust Sheet

thingiverse

A single-layer 50x50 sheet prints in approximately six minutes. This is an upgraded version of my now-deleted Z-Adjust Plank. I created this tool for adjusting the Z-Adjust value on my printer after changing nozzles. The new nozzle needs to be adjusted so it's a specific distance from the print bed, ensuring accurate printing. I achieve this by continuously printing these sheets as I narrow in on the correct value. Each sheet is marked with a sharpie so they're easily identifiable. The included two STL files replicate my Prusa printer's default setup. Both are 50x50mm and have distinct layer configurations: - The one-layer version prints faster and showcases issues more effectively. - The two-layer version is slightly thicker when printed. Note: A sample image was printed on a textured bed with white filament, showcasing the texture through the single layer sheet.
