Yung SD200 Amp Chassis

Yung SD200 Amp Chassis

This is a multi-part chassis for the Yung SD200 subwoofer amplifier. It requires M3 screws and M3 nuts to attach the amp to the chassis and the sides to each other. To assemble, print two long sides, two short sides, and five back pieces. The piece with terminal cutout may need to be trimmed down as it might not fit properly. Mirroring is not necessary since I designed all critical parts symmetrically. However, you will need to drill holes for the mounting hardware, allowing for sufficient flexibility. One revision would improve the countersink holes by increasing their diameter to accommodate cap head screws that are slightly too large to be fully countersunk. Additionally, sizing down the back panels or up the receiving slots is recommended, although a bit of sanding can resolve this issue.
