Yugoslavian M3a3 Flak quad 20mm tank - 28mm

This is a model of the Yugoslavian conversion of M3a3 tanks, supplied by the British in 1944. At that point, the Yugoslavian resistance was operating as a full-fledged army, fielding two full armored brigades. They proved to be very resourceful, mounting both pak 40s and 20mm Flak 38 Flakvierling on damaged M3a3s. The hull machine gun was left off the print to avoid fragility; a small bit of paper clip was glued into a recess in the hull to represent the Browning MG barrel. Hopefully, Warlord Games will recognize the wargaming potential of the Balkans and give proper recognition to this theater.
