# Important Note I added 0.1mm of clearance between most of the cover and the Yubikey, except for the cutout that holds the overhang- this promotes a snug fit and prevents the key from falling out, without creating so much friction that the Yubikey is impossible to remove after inserting it. That said, my print was very tight initially and I had to remove and reinsert the Yubikey a few times to wear down these contact points enough that removing it isn't a chore. You may want to consider sanding these points down lightly instead, but be aware that too much material removal may result in a loose fit. # Summary I couldn't quite find a cover that did what I wanted for the Yubikey I just picked up, and having the exposed USB contacts is something I'd rather avoid, so I whipped this up.
