Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Disk
thingiverse
With Halloween looming near, I went on a quest for a custom Yugioh duel disk. After scouring Ebay, where prices soared over $100, I set out to design one that could be printed on a standard 200mm x 200mm print bed. This took several hours of my life, but the end result was worth it - a functional duel disk that can house cards with sleeves or without. I crafted this model to be versatile, accommodating both sleeved and unsleeved cards. However, it lacks an extra deck holder, banished cards holder, and field card holder. The designated spot for the deck serves as the graveyard area, separated by a printable divider. Additionally, the design includes a "Deck Depressor" that can be enhanced with springs from mechanical pencils or pens, glued in place, to keep pressure on the deck. A "Deck Top" is also included to prevent the deck from falling out of the holder. Cutouts are present on the bottom for attaching a strap. Gluing will be necessary when assembling this model. *UPDATE* Due to issues with support material, I split the duel disk board into two halves. This adjustment effectively eliminated problems caused by support material, although it does require more glue. The end result is well worth the extra effort.
