Yoyo 1a
thingiverse
This is a functional yoyo. If you're new to printing responsive yo-yos, it's probably best not to attempt this project. This model functions well, but it isn't the final version and could improve its spin time. To create the required components for assembly: - You will need two half-yoyos. - A few ounces of silicone are necessary for the responding pad. - A size C ball bearing is also required. - A pair of OneDrop axles, made from Onedrop's proprietary materials, serve as ideal choices. I produced this yoyo with a PLA plastic at an 82% infill density to give it a sturdy feel. Adjust the infill ratio according to your preference. A few tweaks and some testing need to be performed: the bearing seats must be slightly adjusted for proper fitment, and a quick trial of printing using ABS would allow for optimal performance in this design.
