This is a pretty obscure part, but since I checked Thingiverse before modeling it I figured it couldn't hurt to upload here. Our piano tuner said we wouldn't be able to buy this part and that he'd need to recreate the entire assembly to fix it. If anybody knows what this part is actually called let me know and I'll update the title. I printed mine at 100% infill for (hopefully) maximum strength. Both of my caps were broken, one of them almost completely gone, so I was grateful to have at least some of the part to model off of (see last picture)
