Born in Chabarovsk, Russia, Vladimir began his artistic career as a young boy by creating artwork at just three years old, with his exceptional talent frequently recognized during adolescence. After completing his studies at the art school "Krivoj Rog" and serving in the military, he was accepted into the Lvov Polygraphic Institute within the former Soviet Union. From 1984 on, Vladimir regularly participated in and emerged victorious from various International poster art competitions.
