Edit: Corrected F3D and STL files - (the border wouldn't print right due to an error I made.) My sister sent this to me as a MEME and I liked it so well, I decided to create a quick little wall hanging to send back to her. Color change - background ends at 2 millimeters (layer 10 @ .2mm/layer) so change to text/border color at 2.2 millimeters (layer 11) to give it some contrast. I used a white background with grey for the borders & lettering since most dust is roughly grey in color. I used Fila Cube's PLA2 but it isn't critical. Anything you can get to print well can be used. I included the Fusion 360 file to make it easier for you Fusion users to customize it however you like.
