The frame can be printed on a Monoprice Select Mini without any modifications. It's designed to be installed directly onto the side plate using M3 screws. Required materials include: M3x16 screws and nuts (four pieces) for set adjustments M3x12 screws (five pieces) to mount the frame to the side M3x8 screws and nuts (two pieces) for rod mounting A 6mm rod, approximately 120mm in length plus extra LM6UU Bushing bearing (found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1294309 or https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2202854) Gantry bearing clamp (available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2049691) To install the frame: 1. Install U-Adjust frame 2.1 on the side panel. 2. Place U-Adjust Y-support 1.0 on top of the frame, without screws. 3. Mount a 6mm post into U-Adjust X-support 1.2 using M3 screws. 4. Attach U-Adjust X-support 1.2 to the top of the Y-support, with no screws yet. 5. Install half of your gantry bearing mount/clamp (complete the mount once the system is fully set up). 6. Move the Y-support along the frame so that the post aligns perfectly parallel to the gantry mount. 7. Attach M3 mount screws on the Y-support into the frame. 8. Push or pull the X-support along the Y-support until it mates perfectly parallel to the gantry mount. 9. Install M3 mount screws on the X-support. 10. Complete the second half of the gantry bearing mount clamp installation. 11. Test the z-axis using the 'move' function, checking if the gantry moves up and down for each turn of the stepper motor. Inspect the bearing closely to see if it moves along the shaft properly. If the gantry doesn't move up or down for each movement of the stepper motor, there's an issue with the setup.
