This picturesque, though not terribly remarkable, hollow tree stands beside the Taft Point trail off of Yosemite's Glacier Point Road. Unlike it's giant sequoia cousins you are free to walk around it and get as close as you want, and there aren't crowds of tourists mobbing it and spoiling your photo scan. This is a very detailed photogrammetry scan I made from about 40 photos shot with a Nikon DSLR and processed in Agisoft PhotoScan.
