York Museums Trust: Funeral Biscuit mould

Dr Phil Cox at the University of York's Department of Archaeology designed a replica of a Victorian funeral biscuit mould, which is now in the care of the York Museums Trust. He then had that mould 3D printed and used it to bake authentic biscuits for the York Death and Culture Walk, as the original was too delicate to use. Those freshly baked biscuits were absolutely scrumptious!
