This is a bracket for the YoLink Water Leak Sensor 2. The sensor itself has two metal prongs which are very high off the ground if you set the sensor on its side. This positions it vertical and puts the sensors very close to the ground so the instant they detect water the sensor will alert. The clip adds support so the sensor doesn't move left/right etc.. You may have to adjust your flow/extrusion rate if the clip is too tight or loose. It should be close to perfect though for everyone.
