The model is scaled precisely 1 to 1, so you must fine-tune the size in your slicer to account for the shrinkage typical of your printer. On my Creality Ender 3, I printed at a 102% scale and achieved an excellent fit. I strongly suggest using an M3 tap to cut the thread for the king pin set screw instead of attempting to self-tap with the set screw, as this could put excessive stress on the plastic.
