The Inverted Handstand Pose is a foundational standing balance that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously. The pose requires control, focus and mental fortitude. It's an excellent way to build strength and confidence. To prepare for the pose, begin by standing on your head with your hands shoulder-width apart. Engage your core muscles and press your palms firmly into the ground. As you lift one leg, keep it straight and parallel to the ground, drawing a line from the crown of your head to your toes. Your other leg remains bent at a 90-degree angle. Hold the pose for several breaths, feeling the stretch in your chest and shoulders.
