Karnapidasana is a challenging yoga posture that requires flexibility and balance. It is typically practiced at the end of a yoga session when you're feeling relaxed and focused. To begin, kneel on one knee with the other foot flexed and pressed against your inner thigh. Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the ground in front of you, with your fingers spread wide. As you lower your body down, keep your back straight and engage your core muscles to support your spine. Reach forward with both arms, keeping them straight, and allow your forehead to touch the ground. Hold this position for several breaths, feeling a deep stretch in your chest and shoulders. To release, slowly lift your head and torso up, then bring one knee forward and place it on the ground beside the other knee. Repeat on the other side. Karnapidasana is said to improve flexibility in the spine, hips, and legs, as well as reduce stress and anxiety. It can also help to improve balance and concentration by engaging the core muscles and challenging the body's center of gravity.
