Garudasana, also known as Eagle Pose, is a standing balancing yoga posture that combines elements of forward bends and twists to stretch the spine, hips, and legs. To assume this pose, bend your knees slightly and cross your right knee over your left. Let your arms dangle freely down from your shoulders, with your palms facing each other. As you lengthen your spine, keep your head in a neutral position, gazing forward. To deepen the stretch, press your elbows towards one another and engage your core muscles to support your lower back. Hold this pose for 3-5 breaths before releasing it slowly.
