Yoga Position - Single-Leg Upward-Bound Free-Body Pose Inhale deeply and lift your right leg up toward the ceiling, keeping it straight. Reach forward with your hands, placing them on either side of your knee. Press your palms firmly onto the floor as you extend your spine upward, stretching your chest and shoulders. As your breath fills your lungs, release any tension from your body, allowing yourself to feel lighter, freer. Hold this position for a few moments, feeling the gentle stretch in your back and legs. With each exhalation, allow any remaining stress or anxiety to melt away, leaving you feeling calm and centered.
