Hello guys and girls. This is a light up Yoda lamp or night light it uses my USB light which you need to print and download fromhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047092 Follow the instructions there to create the light. I used a green led for mine and a 200 ohm resistor. If you don't have the skills needed to make the light I also designed it to work with one of these candles from ebay.http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-10-20-30-PCS-LED-WEDDING-TEA-LIGHT-TEALIGHT-CANDLE-FLICKERING-FLAMELESS/201168843821?_trksid=p2045573.c100033.m2042&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D39923%26meid%3D53157d5a5e5e44468c973e67e06549d3%26pid%3D100033%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D8%26sd%3D172158427096 I recommend working out the print settings yourself, I created several using various techniques with simplify 3D including vase mode and 0% infill with 3 outer perimeters. Both work well but vase mode is a little tricky and leaves the part very fragile, as such I recommend using 0% infill and at least 3 outer shells. Revision I added the file Yoda Ebay candle.stl as there seems to be some slight deviation with the size of the Ebay candles and some may be a little tight. I made it 1mm bigger to be sure. Disclaimer I did not create the Yoda texture, I simply remodeled it from Adam Beamish's original model. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: Vase mode 0r 0% Notes: I used Simplify 3D to make it both in Vase mode and 0% infil with 3 outer shells. Both work however produce different results. Vase mode looks great but is very fragile 3 outer shells and 0% infill is much stronger but does not let as much light through. I will make a three led base up with green led's when they arrive and show an image. Video
