My son took the inside portion of the Yoda Santa Hat (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:595304 and made 2 hats for him and they fit the yoda made by Chylid (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:14104) . The smaller one I printed without supports, forgot to turn them on and to my surprise worked out fine. Did use 5% infill and the smaller one you could do 2 layer stops and have 3 colors if you like. Tried painting and yeah u need to prime because paint bleeds in cracks. Give it a go if you like, let me know if you like or not. thx Make sure hats are flat on bed.
