YOCTOSUN head mount magnifier lens converter

TL;DR: Adapter for 1-tab YOCTOSUN glasses to use 2-tab YOCTOSUN lenses. I have a YOCTOSUN magnifier, model number YS-EGM-UGV1, the kind where the lenses have one tab in the center. I wanted a higher magnification, and I saw the lenses at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B5TJFQR3 and thought "Hey, YOCTOSUN brand, they should fit" and bought them. When they arrived, I realized they were for a different model of magnifier, one where the lenses had 2 tabs. The tabs were the same, though, so I searched around on Thingiverse and didn't find exactly what I wanted, but things that were close, and modified them until I got what I needed. I found that Wadoman1's mount was a bit small, so I resized it upwards until it fit my lenses.
