NOTED ISSUE: Trying different arrangements will hit a roadblock when putting together two or more cells, then adding the next piece in a corner where it would have to mesh with two other cells; this results from face pieces getting in the way. A solution if you already printed extra cells is to remove the male dovetail and attach using only one point. If not, look for the modified version which should correct these issues while still fitting with old cells. The revised and fully compatible file has been uploaded under files as "REV1". A fun project evolved from wanting a unique shelf set for my yoyo collection - the result is an expandable design where you can make a colorful hive by mixing shapes and colors. This design will also work well for other small items, office supplies, or even used horizontally as storage units. Cells with diameters up to 56mm or less (you might be able to fit one at 57mm) and width under 65mm are perfect matches. Dovetail attachments of 2mm should do just fine; however, for wall mounts, a stronger design is available - this includes a 3mm dovetail option for extra support. For bigger collections, you can print two larger triplex models using either the standard dovetails or larger versions; this is great for larger clusters. Unless space or printer quality are concerns, use the large dovetail model as it's cleaner to print and easier to fit together.
