Simple stands for your YoYos accommodate a wide variety of axle/ bearing/string widths - at least with the 7 yoyos I own. The shape of the fork adjusts easily to fit different axel/bering/string sizes, giving you plenty of flexibility with the 7 yoyos in my collection. Shifting the yoyo forward/backward will alter the angle it rests on, allowing you to position it perfectly. When the model is lying on its side, printing it right side up (fork pointed upwards) might yield better results; however, some support structure may be necessary.
