••Updated March 13th 2016•• New unit is named with "Pinned" in the title, a clear distinction from its predecessor. Upon closer inspection of the model, the front is now marked with only a single letter "F", whereas the old one had the word "Front" prominently displayed on its face. Furthermore, the correct unit features no knockouts in the anti-vibe arms due to its shorter length. The new design boasts centering pins for the FC board and padding to facilitate easier alignment, much like the stock Tarantula body does. With another milestone reached, a pre-attached Anti Vibe Plate has been added. This should seamlessly integrate with the WLtoys V262 style anti-vibe balls and lower plate to hold battery and camera in place. YiZhan/JJRC X6 tarantula studs have been used for FC Board installation, eliminating the need for grinding to match the WLtoys setup. However, angle arms will be required to bring the sticks back to level from their current 15º rise. To achieve this, stock WLToys carbon stick arms can be cut and inserted into the body, followed by an angle bracket and finally the motor mount. Notably, the Anti Vibe Plate has a distinct front/back and sides difference, which is why it now features a marked front. Users are advised to utilize the stock balls/balloons from a WLtoys "V" series camera mount as well as the bottom plate for optimal results. Feedback from users who have printed this unit is crucial, particularly if they encounter any issues with lineup and fitting. Special thanks go out to the folks at the Sketchup forums for their invaluable assistance in bringing this project to fruition. Next on the agenda are the legs.
