This is a custom-designed 30-oz Yeti cup holder created using a dual-extruder printer. Flexible filament is utilized inside the top and bottom rings as well as within the handle itself. For those who prefer a more rigid, single-extruder version, please refer to an accompanying post. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer Model: TAZ 5 Rafts: Disabled Supports: Removed Notes: The custom-designed holder consists of five distinct components. ABS and Ninjaflex materials were used throughout the printing process. Each top and bottom ring features a combination of flexible and rigid elements, printed with 60% infill settings. The handle itself is divided into three main parts: two rigid ends that make up the majority of its structure, printed with 100% infill for added stability. These ends are connected by a central core made from a single material, which provides flexibility while maintaining overall structural integrity. Post-Printing: Assembly Instructions: Begin by sliding the top and bottom rigid handle components into their designated slots. Next, attach the rings to the corresponding rigid pieces, ensuring they align properly before securing them in place. The flexible rope-line outer layer is then wrapped around the rigid core, completing the assembly process.
