I designed an adaptor for my wife's 2010 Dodge Caravan cup holder to be able to giver her a place to put her YETI Rambler. The bottom part is designed to be a friction fit for her cup holder. I used a Jason's Deli ToGo cup, which fit nicely to get the dimensions for the bottom. The upper part that holds the YETI Rambler is designed to fit with the silicone boot on it.
