Yeti Microphone Base

Yeti Microphone Base

thingiverse

This is a custom mount I crafted for my Blue Yeti Microphone. It breaks down into three pieces with an optional fourth piece that ensures stability without requiring additional supports. To assemble, simply print the base, upper, and inner rings. The upper ring attaches to the base via your preferred adhesive. Next, loop elastic cord, rubber bands, or a string/paracord through the holes in the upper and inner rings, as shown in the accompanying photo. This design aims to minimize noise from the table beneath the mic. Before installing the Yeti, remove it from its original mount by unscrewing the side screws and then reattaching them to the mic itself, which acts as a stop to prevent the mic from sliding too far downward. Insert the Yeti into the upper ring, and you'll enjoy seamless recordings without any knocks or vibrations.
