<p>The model is straightforward; print the handle upside-down, and the insert on its side. &nbsp;Use cyanoacrylate glue for the insert.</p><p>This was originally designed by jasonalday on Thingi, and the insert design remixed by DanBuro on the same site. &nbsp;</p><p>I remixed the remix by adding a radius where the handle meets the holding ring, as it eventually broke at this corner. &nbsp;The radius makes a nice parking spot for your thumb as well as minimize the stress concentration of the sharp corner. &nbsp;I've also included the SolidWorks source file (2016, I believe).</p>
