Yet Another Vice/Clamp
cults3d
There are plenty of other Vice models available, but this one stands out as mine. I appreciate its unique design because it looks cool in my opinion, is 100% compatible with 3D printing without any supports required, and serves my purposes perfectly by holding Pi Zeros and their pHats for soldering tasks. The "jaws" feature triangular grooves that allow for secure grip of circuit boards both vertically and horizontally. The assembled unit measures approximately 161x70x90mm when the jaws are closed together. When fully open, the space within the jaws is: 67x70x70mm, providing ample room to hold a Raspberry Pi Zero in any desired orientation. To assemble this Vice model, you will need one print of each part and four prints of the 10mm bolt. Please note that this design is not intended for heavy-duty applications. It can pinch a finger pretty hard or even worse if used improperly, so use caution when handling it.
