This is a completely distorted decorative vessel. I've shared the OpenScad design file for those who want to tinker with it further. Note that you'll need to focus on producing just the bottom and exterior edges ("Create a spiral shape from the outside layer" in slic3r, "Extrude the outer shell only" in Cura).
