Yet Another Tool Holder for 3D Printers
thingiverse
My advice is simple: have your trusty hot glue gun ready. So far, it's held up great and is a breeze to work with. Just detach if needed. I created a basic tool holder that will hold a putty knife, small ruler, tweezers, screwdriver, tiny files, and other items. It's looking tidy attached on top of my Reprap discount XXL LCD screen, as seen here on my Robo3D. Remember, you can silence the clattering putty knife by stuffing some cotton at its base. Tips: 1) Stick a piece of masking tape to attach this to your printer first. Leave it there, give it a few uses. Then relocate if needed. 2) When you've found your spot, secure it with hot glue or crazy glue.
