Yet Another Splendor Box

Update 4/5/24: Newest version with small changes. Don't print this version!__________________________________________This is my take on a compact travel box for Splendor. I printed one a while back that was fine, but the lid was huge and bulky and didn't even fit tightly, I had to use a rubber band to keep in on. It was also just a huge waste of filament. This design has an easily printable sliding lid that fits nice and snug, but not too tight. I can shake it on it's side and the lid doesn't even budge. If it is too tight for you sand it down just a touch, but make sure not to do too much or you will lose the tension.I decided I wanted a removable gem tray to make playing the game less messy. All the gems fit nicely and are instantly playable (remove gems according to player count of course). I printed and laminated some player aids from BGG and use those instead of the rulebook. I also added the logo on four sides, so any way you display it will show the name of the game. (Anyone else forget you have a game if you can't see it's name on the shelf?)I also designed the lid and realized it was upside down for my right-handed self, so I uploaded a right handed and a left handed version! Lastly, to make the yellow coins flush with everything else I printed this cute little end game coin from Steeveeet.Update 10/30/22: Someone requested a sleeved version, and using their measurements I redesigned the box. I have not printed it, but if you do please let me know how it goes!Update 3/7/23: My husband requested a two color version to make it easier to see the logo. Printable with MMU or single extruder.Update 4/13/23: I made a version B with more wiggle room for different sized components. I got comments that the nobles space wasn't deep enough and the gem tray too tight, so I increased the sizes to allow more space. You can print the original if your components are the same as below. If they are slightly larger, print version B.
