This model was taken from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:583800, where I made it easier to print by breaking it down into simpler pieces. Those familiar with Da Vinci printers know how much these machines detest using supports - that's why my custom firmware upgrade is so useful. As I run a printer with this specialized firmware on board, every new model must be tailored specifically for use on a modified machine like mine. To join the components of my spool holder together seamlessly, I apply JB Weld. For anyone needing additional structural reinforcement, though, it would be happy to provide custom-made posts at no extra charge.
