Yet another Ravioli Board

After achieving some success with a larger pelmeni maker uploaded to Thingiverse a while back, I decided to create a similar board for square ravioli that utilizes pasta sheets rolled out on standard hand cranked or electric pasta machines. This design caters to those who may not possess the innate ability to roll dough 12 inches wide by 1 millimeter thin, as required by the other board. The new board works well and is a valuable addition to any kitchen. I highly recommend making the first layer slightly thicker so it can stretch without breaking when assembled with the second layer. Conversely, the second layer should be thinner but still thick enough to merge seamlessly with the first layer around the edges when rolled out. A touch of water applied to a pastry brush before adhering them together will aid in the process. It is crucial to print pegs with at least 40% fill or they may break off within the board holes. Moreover, pegs should fit snugly when printed with a .4mm nozzle for optimal performance.
