Yet another : raingauge / pluviomètre
thingiverse
Bring some new stuff today: - Raingauge V2 (you will need 603ZZ bearing x2) - Arduino sketch (raingauge.ino), also available here: https://github.com/fguiet/AutomationServer/tree/master/sketches - Electronic schema - Careful, I replace Arduino Nano LDO so it works on 3.3v instead of 5v Yet another raingauge! This one is autonomous as solar-powered. Diameter: 10cm Height: 12cm Depth of rain measure per bucket: 0.5 mm I used Fusion 360 to design this thing! Technically speaking, it is made up of: - Arduino nano - LoRa Transceiver type CDSENET E32-868T20D (868Mhz) - Reed switch - Magnet 8mm diameter x 1mm thickness - 18650 Lithium-Ion Battery 3.7v - TP4056 1A Standalone Linear Li-lon Battery Charge - 5V 240mA 1.2W Solar Panel 11cm x 6.9cm x 0.3cm The arduino sketch can be found on my github: https://github.com/fguiet Search for: raingauge.ino I collect the information thanks to a raspberry pi 3 + another LoRa transceiver at home. Pieces of information are then stored in InfluxDB time series database. Grafana is used to display graphics. Enjoy! For English people: Yet another raingauge!
