Hood acts as a cutting edge and brake to stop the spool from spinning when paper is pulled too hard. Spring size: 25~30mm length x 4.5mm outer diameter Bracket sizes for 280mm (US) and 230mm WIDTH paper towel rolls included. Easy to assemble and no need for tools.
