This power supply cover design is for a standard 360W 12V/30A "cheap" power supply, found on eBay for under US$ 30. It features an IEC320 C14 AC inlet power socket and a mini on-off rocker switch (KCD1), with three large Molex 19-029 female 2-pin power connectors and a small 3-digit LED voltmeter, all held together by four M3 screws and nuts. The provided SCAD file is parametrized and commented for easy adjustments, with two STL files, one containing just the cover and the other with additional anti-warp disks on the corners and explicit auxiliary support for the voltmeter window. An updated version 2 offers better ventilation, Molex connector clips, and external voltage adjustment trimpot accessibility, while version 3 includes separate car fuse holders for each power outlet. A smaller, more compact version of the power supply led to a new, adapted design in 2018.
