Unable to locate suitable heart gear stand designs, I opted to model my own using Blender. If you prefer, simply subdivide those faceted faces for a smoother appearance. Contrasting the smoothness of the heart shape, I enjoy the facets' unique look. For printing, reverse it in Makerware and utilize medium default settings; supports aren't required.
