Yet Another Pi Box
thingiverse
The PI presents a fascinating challenge due to several shortcomings in the board layout, rendering it suboptimal for housing within a container. My latest attempt involves an enclosure that employs two 0.5" 4-40 screws and corresponding nuts. These nuts are cleverly retained within receptacles located on the bottom half of the unit, while two substantial bosses effectively capture the Pi B's dual holes. The ears have been modified to precisely align with the standard 75mm VESA pattern. Changes introduced on 11/2/14 address previous issues cited by users.
