Thanks go to [ppet36](https://www.thingiverse.com/ppet36/about) for his original design. UPDATE: Added a rod bushing that's slightly smaller at 3.5 mm diameter. Rather than change the placement of my motor cabling, I changed the model to suit my printer. These are the files, separated and changed slightly. The rod bushing now has a tighter hole to accommodate my 3mm rod. The parts were haphazardly glued together with CA and water activator, the rod shoved into place and a rubber band to hold it under tension. Check out Arvid's post at lamja.com for more details on etching pcbs using isolation routing via flatcam: http://www.lamja.com/?p=635. If you're following along with Arvid's tutorial, don't forget to combine geometry. Otherwise, you'll get a single pass only. * Known good settings for 3mm rod sharpened to a point * Tool Diam: 0.016 mm Passes: >=5 but 5 seems perfect Pass Overlap: 0.1 mm Cut Depth: -0.2 mm Travel Z (zhop): 0.5 mm Feed Rate: 15 (mm/s??) 25 still seems too fast and imprecise, so 15 would be better. Sample gcode and gerber bottom layer files are included for ease of testing. Thanks to freeduino.org for the board files I used: http://www.freeduino.org/freeduino_open_designs.html Board size required is 80 mm x 60mm minimum for testing purposes. Gcode sliced at 25, might be too fast for actual board, but good for quick testing. G92 x0 y0 z0 is the gcode to set all points to zero, NOT M92!!! Don't make that mistake and take an hour to figure out why the printer isn't moving. :/ G92 NOT M92
