I created a spool holder using PVC pipes I had lying around, and it doubles as a carrying handle. If you want to make one like this, you'll need M5 screws from Openbuilds and some M5 nuts. Everything else can be found at Home depot. Home Depot: 1" PVC is all you need - 10 feet of it will be plenty. Two 90-degree elbows in 1-inch, 2 one inch to three quarter inch elbows, two one inch T-blow fittings, Two one inch end caps.
