<p>One day I got a little obsessed with adding color to everyone's favorite calibration cube. I searched thingiverse and found out there are lots of multi-color variations out there, no need to make a new one!</p> <p>Then I ignored those facts and made my own. 3 kinds!</p> <p>xyzColorCube_v2 (0,1) changes the color of the letters for each axis.</p> <p>xyzColorCube_v2a (0-2) adds a 3rd color for the cube's shell in a checkerboard pattern</p> <p>xyzColorCube_v2b (0,1) uses intersecting planes to change the letter colors</p> <p>Cheers!</p> <h3>How I Designed This</h3> <p><strong>SketchUp Pro</strong></p> <div><p>I imported the STL from <a href="/thing:1278865" rel="nofollow">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1278865</a> into SketchUp, and did a little slicing and dicing.</p></div> Category: 3D Printing Tests
