Yet another modular Dremel drill hanger

Modular base for rotary tools like the Dremel. The widest part of the tool's neck should measure over 24mm, while the narrowest section must be less than 24mm in diameter. My own Dremel drills - model numbers 4000, 285 and 7300 - fit seamlessly into this design. I created it as a modular system to allow easy adjustment of its layout and because I happen to own three different rotary tools. All three drill bit holes measure precisely 3.5mm in diameter and should be sufficient for most standard Dremel accessories. A safety clip is only required when using a chuck assembly.
