The manufacturer should also improve designs for REP 1 users, but until then, using binder clips works effectively and has been tested for two weeks with no issues. The MBI's design is outperformed by this modification. In search of springs to create aluminum parts, the current plan includes printing with a 100% fill, removing support for bearings, securing 623 bearings with an M3 cap screw, adding binder clips to the components, and replacing the original MBI part.
