Yet another Lightning Cable Protector
thingiverse
This is a model of a Lightning cable protector, designed for flexible plastic and created using Rhinoceros. The design consists of three key pieces: the protector itself and two specialized rings that secure the protector to the cable. To achieve optimal results, I strongly advise printing all three components. However, the model will still function effectively with just the protector. It's also crucial to consult the recommended print settings outlined below. Postscript: To properly fix the protector, first thread the smaller ring into the cable using gentle but firm force. The larger ring should slide in easily. Once both rings are in place, simply position the protector and secure it with the rings, completing the installation.
