In my initial attempt at OpenSCAD modeling, I successfully designed a power supply panel for 12V, 350W. The front panel includes a combined AC socket, fuse holder, and power switch. Two Molex 2x2 pin connectors are utilized for the 12V outlet, similar to this design: http://www.molex.com/molex/products/datasheet.jsp?part=active/0039012046_CRIMP_HOUSINGS.xml. If your dimensions differ, the OpenSCAD file is available for customization.
