Yet another large spool holder 5K

This large spool holder was created for necessity. Others just didn't fit the project. This holder will accommodate 5k spools of filament up to 155mm wide with a center hub diameter of 33mm. Purchase a 5/16th threaded rod, 1 foot long and cut to length after the holder is complete. Cap off with 2 5/16th hex nuts or wing nuts of your choice for quick removal.This holder was designed by me to fit inside a Sterilite brand 32qt 30L gasket box from Walmart. The SKU is 073149933430 18.5L x 14 7/8 w x 11 1/8"H. The spool and holder I have will just fit inside and screw down to the side of the box (see photos). This is intended to be used above my printer table feeding 2 Anycubic Kobra Max printers with black filament..jUST A NOTE ON USAGE AFTER BUILD. I have tested this as described above with a fast printer. What I have found is that if you let the spool be too loose on the holder, it will spool ahead and jam the filament. Had this happen twice now.First, the rod to hold the spool should be a 5/16" rod. Use a lock hut on one side and a wing nut on the other. After you put the spool into the dry box, tighten down the wing nut just slightly until the spool rolls free but has just enough tension on it to keep it from freewheeling. Your extruder pulls pretty hard but if it wraps up the filament inside the box, nothing will help and you will under extrude.Even though I designed the frame to accept a 5/16th bolt, you might want to ream out the hole to 21/64th, just a hair above 5/16th. This will give just the right amount of clearance.
