Update 08/10: Added a dual version that fits spools with 61mm pitch between rims. I've completely reworked the design from scratch. It's now a single solid piece instead of two separate halves. The new design holds bearings by deforming itself, rather than relying on friction between plastic and steel like the original TUSH. This design takes standard 608ZZ bearings. To print it, use vertical orientation with layers perpendicular to its length. This ensures the necessary strength to withstand deformation forces when inserting the bearings. I'm printing with esun white PLA at a layer height of 0.32mm without support. The bearings snap in effortlessly.
